1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders may take 7–15 business days depending on the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or shipping carrier issues. Savanna Bros. is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kevan.cooper16@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
